Quick Veggie Soup

A simple and fast veggie soup, that everyone loves!

Ingredients

Original recipe yields 8 servings

Ingredient Checklist

  • 1 (14 ounce) can chopped carrots (low sodium)
  • 1 (14 ounce) can whole kernel corn (low sodium)
  • 1 (14 ounce) can green beans (low sodium)
  • 1 (14 ounce) can peas (low sodium)
  • 1 (16 ounce) can stewed tomatoe (low sodium)
  • 1 (14 ounce) can tomatoe sauce (low sodium)
  • Salt/Pepper for flavor ( optional)
  • 2 teaspoon oregano or italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Stir carrots, corn, green beans, peas, tomatoes sauce, and stewed tomatoes, olive oil, and oregano together in a saucepan over low heat; 4 hours.

Salt and pepper to flavor

As you simmer soup, add more water as needed.
