Heart Healthy 4-3-2-1 Dressing

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon vinegar of choice ( apple cider, balsamic, red wine, or white wine)
  • 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • pinch of salt and pepper

Blend together for immediate use.

Add flavors like garlic, onions, chives, jalapenos, and/or cashews (to make creamy)
