Cottage Cheese Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a blender or food processor, blend cottage cheese until smooth.
  4. Transfer the blended cottage cheese to a bowl and mix in Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, pepper, and garlic powder (if using).
  5. Spoon small amounts of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading spoonful into a thin layer.
  1. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are lightly browned and the centers are set.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
  3. Transfer the chips to a wire rack to cool completely.

Tips

To make the chips crisper, you can try baking them for an additional 5-10 minutes or until they reach your desired level of crispiness.

Experiment with different seasonings, such as dried herbs or spices, to give the chips unique flavors.
