- 1 pound 93% lean ground beef or lean ground turkey
- 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa (low sodium)
- 2 cups of water
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen corn and beans mix (such as Deluxe Seasoned Corn & Beans by PictSweet Farms®)
- 5 tablespoons low fat Sour cream
- ¼ cup shredded low fat Cheddar cheese
- 3 tablepoons of Ted’s taco seasoning (1 pack)

- Fry ground beef or turkey with 2 tablespoons of Teds taco seasoning and cook and stir until crumbly and browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add salsa and frozen vegetables.
- Add water , and rest of seasoning (one tablespoon).
- Put all ingrediants into pot or deep pan and place lid on it.
- Simmer for two hour(s) , on low .
- Ladle soup into serving bowls and top with Cheddar cheese and sour cream.
