INGREDIENTS
1 orange (peel and seeds removed)
½ banana
½ mango
½ cup coconut water
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon goji berries
1 tablespoon hemp hearts
1 tablespoon chia seeds
½ cup ice
INSTRUCTIONS
Put everything in the blender except ¼
cup coconut water and the ice.
Blend until smooth, adding more coconut
water as needed to reach the desired
consistency.
Add ice, if desired, and blend
