Ted’s Fish Seasoning

Ingredients 

  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt (preferred flaked)
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon dried lemon zest
  • 1 ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions 

  • Combine all ingredients together, whisking to mix.
  • Store in a lidded container in your cupboard for up to 6 months.
  • Use to season all types of white fish.

  • Try different mixes and blends, like adding garlic
