No Sugar or Flour Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (like almond or peanut butter)
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips or nuts (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the mashed bananas, oats, nut butter, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  3. If you want, fold in the chocolate chips or nuts.
  4. Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until they’re golden brown.
  6. Let them cool, and enjoy your healthy treats!

To make softer/spongier add 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
