Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup nut butter (like almond or peanut butter)
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips or nuts (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the mashed bananas, oats, nut butter, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- If you want, fold in the chocolate chips or nuts.
- Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until they’re golden brown.
- Let them cool, and enjoy your healthy treats!
To make softer/spongier add 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
