Easy to make and delicious!

Essentials

  1. Potatoes: 4-6 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and diced
  2. Mayonnaise: 1/2 cup
  3. Mustard: 2 tablespoons (Dijon or whole-grain)

Flavor Enhancers

  1. Onion: 1 medium onion, diced
  2. Hard-boiled eggs: 2-3 eggs, diced
  3. Pickles: 1/4 cup, finely chopped
  4. Fresh herbs: Chopped parsley, dill, or chives (optional)
  5. Garlic powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Salt and pepper: To taste

Additional Ingredients (optional)

  1. Bacon: 4-6 slices, cooked and crumbled
  2. Cheddar cheese: 1/2 cup, shredded
  3. Diced bell peppers: 1/2 cup
  4. Chopped fresh jalapeños: 1-2 peppers
